Cancellation policy

If you are unable to keep your appointment, please make every effort to cancel it well in advance so that it may be offered to someone else.

Non-attendance will incur the full appointment fee - the card details entered on booking will be automatically charged.

If you arrive 10 or more minutes late for your appointment, you will be charged as non-attending. We will attempt to reschedule your appointment to a different slot that day, but it may not be possible if we are fully booked.
